We offer group classes as well as one to one private yoga classes from 60 / 90 mins in duration. Beginners and intermediate classes available to suit your anatomy. A unique teaching method for all abilities, body types and it's okay if you've never done yoga before. Each class is designed for your individual needs whilst still maintaining a good overall flow. You can either choose a class from the list below or we can work to design a class that's tailored to your needs. You can book classes regularly or ad-hoc to suit your schedule.

A mind and body cleanser, internal detox using breath, retention and flow
Our Kriya, early morning session using the jala neti, nasal cleansing technique (purification of the nose), internal locks and pranayama is a great way to start your day. Kriya brings positive influence on all sense organs in the head, strengthens vision and relieves tired eyes. The Kriya class has huge preventative qualities, relieves headaches, improves memory and concentration and any nasal and sinus cavities. With regular practice, the Kriya class can leave you feeling purified, energised both internally and externally emanating a new leash of energy.

Our traditional timeless yoga class with 21 unifying poses. The Classic brings deep alignment, stamina-building, strength and flexibility. A great whole body workout. The class brings you a chance to try some pose variations, expand your yoga experience and have fun. Suitable for all ages and levels from the unfit to the experienced. This is a more male practice. It prevents us being lazy, builds muscle, power, strength and stamina. An opportunity to expand our energy and flush away limitations. Aligns the skeletal system. Enjoy building your force and power, but practicing staying calm within and not getting crunched up and contracted or go further than your breath will allow in order to stay free and easy.
Focusing on strengthening core muscles, a slow yin based movement class focusing on flexibility, breath and relaxation
A deep, slow class designed to open you and de-stress you on every level. An intense warm up prepares you for long, deep floor stretches to realign, resolve and release. The deepest stretch out there. This class focuses on deep realignment, tailored instruction and correct form. Core provides the signature calorie burning workout and core poses with more emphasis on slow deep stretches, correct technique and breath. This class reminds the body of correct alignment, deep breathing, continuously working on deep-seated muscular-skeletal issues and to totally de-stress. Stay soft, an opportunity to stay in the moment and let go of ego. As floor poses are less “goal oriented” we can concentrate on how we feel. Deep stretches, skeletal alignment, and a chance to take attention within. If we only turn attention outwards, on the mirror, on the shape of the pose, with energetic effort, we will become imbalanced. Core is a chance to slow down, take stock, check alignment, re-charge, check the ego at the door, be truly honest and accepting of where we are each day.
An eight week chakra, energy opener course
Chakra Unblocking brings together a wide range of both classical and contemporary practices, to create a well-rounded transformative experience. These include chakra-specific sun salutations, longer-held yoga asanas with concentration on the chakras, pranayama (breathing), bandha (body locks), meditation and relaxation. Each week we will be focusing on one of the seven major chakras, starting from the root and moving upwards, reaching the seventh chakra in the seventh week, with the eighth class being an integration of all. A tough but friendly class to take you to the next level in strength, flexibility, balance and patience. For the next generation of yogis, this class is guaranteed to take your yoga practice to new heights with deep hip opening, inversions, lotus, shoulder opening, deep backbends and deeper meditation. Taught in an encouraging atmosphere to explore new horizons under expert guidance. Unblocking our chakras makes us superhuman with its wide alphabet of physical, emotional and spiritual expression. Stamina, endurance, energy, flexibility and patience! Take all you have learned and explore it. You have learned the alphabet, now sing. This class allows full expression of the body, attention, focus, breath and expansive energy.

The 21 steps to peak fitness and health. Our challenging but user-friendly general level class, with hip openers, upper body strength, bum toners and core stability for a fully rounded workout. A fun and expanded general level class working 100% of the body, this class combines the central poses of classical hatha yoga, kundalini and ashtanga yoga and is designed to bring peak fitness, strength, flexibility and alignment. Working arms, core and bum, combined with deep hip, shoulder and leg stretches, this class will help you gain cardiovascular fitness, stamina and flexibility while realigning your skeletal system. Performed to relaxing music to help you get out of your mind and in tune with your body. We work on blending female and male, - linear strength poses and stamina poses with flexibility poses, circular twists and relaxation. Music helps connect us to our feeling, let go and look within. Try to work on the enjoyment that using body, breath and feeling brings. Use the music to drop your thinking mind. Completely balancing, strengthening and uplifting, the journey the class takes us on ensures we get balanced within and without, so feel the play between the male and female in you.
